The Channel Street Skatepark is kept and maintained by the local skateboard community. We hold annual events, mural projects, collaborations, group cleanups and youth giveaways.
We are 501(c)3 and 100% volunteer.

The cost of operating and maintaining the Channel Street Skatepark is upwards of $13K yearly to pay for essential services and city requirements such as bathroom and dumpster rentals, liability insurance and general upkeep.
In an effort to satisfy the city's requirements to keep the park open and provide for the community, we rely on donations, fundraisers and grant writing.
